Sunday November 17th  Noon - 3:00

First Parish Unitarian Church, 2 Main Street Hubbardston

Please bring a non-perishable food item to donate.

All those auditioning for a principal lead or minor lead should come prepared to sing one verse and one chorus from a song from that part. You are all encouraged to bring pre-recorded background music for your audition!

All others can sing a small verse from the show, or a small part from any other song they wish to sing – whatever shows off those pipes! If you wish to try out for a minor lead, please note this on your audition sheet.

Please be aware that rehearsals will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30 - 8:30, and Saturdays from 10 - 1. Our first rehearsal will be Tuesday, January 7th 2020 at 6:30 pm.  If you are going out for a lead part or minor lead, please make sure you are available on ALL of those days to rehearse. Thank you!

Also be aware (especially parents of young children) that the week prior to the show, "Tech Week" we will hold rehearsals all day Sunday, and every week-day leading up to Friday nights show. We usually try to have 1 night off. These rehearsals usually begin around 5 and can go as late as 10 pm. It is a long and exhausting week, and all cast members are required to attend.

Please print out and fill in the attached audition form and attach a head shot to the first page if possible. This will cut down on time the day of auditions. We will have also have a limited amount of forms available to fill out on the day of.

We will be collecting participation fees during auditions. The fees are $30 per actor, $50 for a family of two, and $75 for a family of three or more. Checks can be made payable to: Hubbardston Community Theatre, Inc. We would like to get ALL participation fees collected the day of auditions.

We will also be conducting CORI/SORI checks at this time.  If you are over 18 and plan to be in the cast OR be a volunteer please come prepared with your license. If you can bring a photocopy of the front and back with you that is even better, as photocopying licenses takes a bit of time!
